We understand each mobility challenge is unique. When you contact us, our consultants will take time to understand your needs and help provide the right solution. You will receive internet pricing but with the personalized service you won't get with an internet company. We offer free in-home or virtual no-pressure consultations, professional installation and free white glove delivery on all mobility products.
Service and Repair
Our in-home diagnostic includes 1 hour of labor. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once completed, we will perform the same level of service as one of our in-store diagnostics with portable computers and diagnostic tools.
Our Mobility Technicians travel with replacement batteries. The cost will depend on the type of mobility scooter, power wheelchair or stair lift you have. We're happy to dispose of your old batteries at no additional cost. However, our in-home diagnostic fee will apply.
Motor, Joystick & Wire Harness
Not all parts are universal including motors, joysticks and wire harnesses. Our goal is to have replacement parts readily available so we can service and repair your mobility product on-site the same day. If parts need to be ordered, our technician will advise the cost including labor to repair your mobility device.
